The tools within the work

Massage techniques, shaped around you.

Massage techniques are different ways of working with touch, movement, and supportive tools. At Wild Hart, your practitioner draws from this toolkit to shape a session around your goals, preferences, and response. You don't need to choose a technique before booking.

How the choices are made

A technique serves the session.

Your experience comes first.

Tell us what you would like support with and what feels comfortable. You don't need the right terminology to get started.

Consent stays part of the work.

An approach can be discussed, adjusted, paused, or declined.

The plan remains responsive.

Your practitioner can combine approaches and adjust the pace, pressure, or positioning as the session unfolds.

Before you begin

Understanding your options.

Do I book an individual technique?

Techniques are tools within a session. You can share an interest or preference, and your practitioner can discuss whether an approach fits your goals and the care available.

Will every practitioner use all of these approaches?

No. Practitioners bring different training and experience. A technique is considered within the individual practitioner's scope and the needs of the session.

What if an approach does not feel right for me?

You can say so at any point. Your practitioner can adjust the approach, consider another option, or stop the work. Your comfort and choice matter more than completing a planned technique.
