Wild Hart offers therapeutic massage and bodywork within each practitioner’s authorized scope. Information on this website is general information and does not provide a diagnosis or individualized medical advice. Session names describe a focus for care, not a promised result.
Your practitioner will discuss your needs, the proposed work, and any relevant consent before treatment. You may decline or stop any part of a session. Website use or booking alone does not replace informed consent for care.
Booking and payment
Wild Hart uses Mangomint for online scheduling and related booking and payment functions. Review the service, duration, practitioner, price, and any payment requirements before completing your reservation.
The Practice Policies describe card-on-file requirements, payment timing, cancellation and rescheduling fees, and late arrivals. Payment methods available for your booking will be shown in the booking or checkout process.
If you notice a booking or pricing error, contact Wild Hart so the practice can resolve it before the appointment.
Packages, gift cards, and recurring payments
Packages and gift cards follow the Practice Policies and the offer terms provided at purchase. Existing purchases retain their original terms unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
Memberships and installment plans, when offered, require a separate agreement explaining the payment commitment and cancellation terms. Purchasing a session or saving a card does not by itself authorize recurring membership charges.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Wild Hart collects, uses, and protects personal information. Please use the intake and records process provided by Wild Hart for health information rather than a general website inquiry form.
Acknowledging a privacy notice does not replace any separate authorization required for a particular use or disclosure of health information.
Access
The Portland studio is on the second floor with stair access only and no elevator. Please contact Wild Hart about access needs before booking.
Website use and materials
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the booking system, or submit misleading information.
Website text, branding, photographs, and artwork belong to Wild Hart or their respective owners unless otherwise credited. Please obtain permission before reproducing materials beyond uses permitted by law.
Outcomes and responsibility
People respond differently to massage and bodywork, and particular outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Tell your practitioner about relevant health changes or discomfort so the work can be adapted.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
Wild Hart may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically rewrite an existing package, gift card, or other purchase agreement.
These terms are governed by Oregon law, subject to any other applicable legal protections.
