Decide Together

Not sure which session to choose? Book your time, bring what you’re noticing, and we’ll choose the focus and approach together when you arrive.

About this session

You don’t need to find the perfect session before making time for care. Decide Together gives you a simple starting point: choose your appointment length, and we’ll shape the session together when you arrive.

You might want rest, attention for muscle tension, a gentler way to connect with your body, or some combination. We begin with what matters today and your preferences about touch, pace, pressure, clothing, coverage, and conversation. The direction can change as we go.

Like every Wild Hart session, this is personalized care. This booking option simply leaves the initial focus open, within your practitioner’s training and what you choose together.

Options for your session

Ways to shape this session.

These are possibilities, not a preset. Choose clothing, draping, and every other preference on the day, based on your comfort. You can change your mind at any point; we’ll discuss how your choices shape the session.

Every session is gender affirming. Trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people are welcome with every practitioner. We respect your name, pronouns, and the language you use for your body; you decide what you want to share.

Clothing
Clothed · Mostly clothed · No clothing
Draping
Traditional · Minimal · Extra coverage
Touch
Focused work · Broad contact · Still contact
Movement
Resting · Gentle movement
Positioning
Lying with support · Seated with support

Clothing is what stays on your body; draping is how sheets or blankets provide coverage. Mostly clothed means keeping most clothing on while allowing access to a specific area. No clothing still includes the draping we agree on.

Who this is for

  • You’re new to massage or Wild Hart and the session names don’t tell you exactly where to begin.
  • Several sessions sound useful, and you’d rather talk through what matters most when you arrive.
  • You want a mix of rest and focused bodywork, or your needs tend to change between booking and your appointment.

What we may explore

  • What you’re noticing today and what you hope to receive from the time.
  • Whether flowing massage, focused work, gentle contact, or a combination feels like a useful place to start.
  • Your preferences about pressure, pace, positioning, clothing, coverage, and conversation.

What the session may include

  • A brief conversation to agree on a starting point.
  • Bodywork chosen around your goals, preferences, and your practitioner’s training.
  • Time to rest, notice how the work feels, and adjust the plan together.

What to expect

Choose your time when booking. At the appointment, we’ll talk about what brings you in and agree on the areas and approach to include. You don’t need a diagnosis, a technique in mind, or a polished explanation. Your feedback guides the work, and you can narrow or withdraw permission, ask for a change, or pause at any time.
