About
Elodi Attwilde brings a longstanding curiosity about movement, touch, and the ways we find ease in our bodies to her work at Wild Hart. Their focus includes Swedish and relaxation massage, craniosacral work, myofascial techniques, and movement-based approaches. A session might center on flowing, restful massage, spend time with an area of tension, or include gentle movement, depending on what feels useful to you.
A martial arts practitioner of many years, Elodi has studied with Forest Hart. That ongoing practice informs their attention to balance, coordination, and how different parts of the body work together. She brings this interest into bodywork with room for both movement and stillness.
As a queer woman, Elodi especially enjoys working with other people in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. She also welcomes neurodivergent clients, creative people, and older adults. There is room to talk about what makes receiving care easier for you—whether that means clear explanations, less conversation, a slower pace, or time to find a comfortable position.
Elodi is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts. They look forward to continuing their education in Thai massage, CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, and other approaches that deepen their understanding of touch and movement.
