A pause within the workday.

Wild Hart works with organizers to plan massage around the people, setting, and rhythm of a workplace. A one-time appreciation day, a team gathering, or a recurring visit can begin with a conversation about what would be useful and practical.

Ways to begin

Choose a format that fits your team.

Chair or private table massage

Chair massage can fit a shared workplace and short, clothed participation. Table appointments may be possible when a suitable private space and enough transition time are available.

Recurring visits

A one-time appreciation day can become a conversation about recurring care. Frequency, appointment capacity, pricing, and availability are agreed before a program begins.

Studio-based care

For teams who don’t share a workplace, ask about employer-funded studio sessions. Wild Hart will clarify options, access, payment, and booking arrangements before setting anything up.

Care without pressure

A benefit people can choose.

People have different relationships with touch. Participation is optional, and each session is shaped through consent and conversation.

Chair massage is offered through clothing. Each person can discuss pressure and areas to include, ask for a change, pause, or stop. Private table arrangements are discussed in advance.

Wild Hart reviews space, privacy, access, loading, parking, and breaks with the organizer. Individual care preferences and any necessary screening belong with the practitioner.

Practical planning

A clear plan for you and your team.

01 · Tell Wild Hart about the workplace

Share the location, approximate attendance, preferred dates or cadence, available space, and whether you imagine scheduled appointments or an agreed walk-up arrangement.

02 · Work through the details

Wild Hart reviews the fit, including realistic capacity, scheduling, quiet space, stairs and access, setup, and responsibilities. Participation remains voluntary, with timing agreed by the workplace.

03 · Review your quote

Pricing reflects the duration, location, format, and staffing. Review the proposal and terms before confirming a visit or recurring arrangement; an inquiry does not hold a date.
