A session shaped around the person, not a protocol.

Somatic & Integrative Bodywork

Restorative Flow

An unhurried, flowing massage with broad contact and connected strokes. Pressure and pace are shaped around you, with oil or lotion supporting a continuous, restful experience.

About this session

An unhurried massage organized around flowing strokes, broad contact, and continuity across the body. Swedish- and Ayurvedic-inspired approaches can create a rhythmic experience, with oil or lotion allowing the practitioner to move smoothly between areas. Pressure and pace remain personal, while the overall session emphasizes receiving a cohesive, restful massage.

Options for your session

Ways to shape this session.

These are possibilities, not a preset. Choose clothing, draping, and every other preference on the day, based on your comfort. You can change your mind at any point; we’ll discuss how your choices shape the session.

Every session is gender affirming. Trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people are welcome with every practitioner. We respect your name, pronouns, and the language you use for your body; you decide what you want to share.

Clothing is what stays on your body; draping is how sheets or blankets provide coverage. Mostly clothed means keeping most clothing on while allowing access to a specific area. No clothing still includes the draping we agree on.

Flowing strokes use oil or lotion and access to the skin. Keep whatever clothing feels comfortable; we’ll adapt the areas and style of contact around your choices.

  • They spend much of their day thinking, planning, or making decisions and want an experience they can simply receive.

What we may explore

The pressure, rhythm, and pace you enjoy in a full-body massage. We can consider what makes the work feel connected and which areas you would like included.

What the session may include

  • Long, connected strokes and broad contact.
  • Swedish- and Ayurvedic-inspired approaches.
  • Oil or lotion to support smooth movement between areas.
  • Optional gentle rocking or supported movement when it fits the restful flow.

What to expect
