Your PATH

Hold

I need support through this.

When grief, change, or a profound experience asks a great deal of you, Hold makes room for support. Bring what feels present, without needing a complete explanation or a way forward.

Hold PATH artwork

A place to begin.

Some experiences do not arrive with clear words or a clear next step. Grief, a major change, or a difficult season may shape how you feel in your body as well as how you move through the day. Hold begins with the need for support through what is happening.

You choose what to share. There is room for conversation, quiet, and a wish to receive care without being asked to explain everything or turn the experience into a lesson.

What this PATH makes room for.

This PATH centers compassion, presence, and accompaniment. It can make room for uncertainty, remembrance, change, and the effort of caring for others while remaining attentive to your own needs.

Bodywork does not need to give an experience a meaning or bring it to a conclusion. What feels manageable today can guide the work.

How care may meet you.

We begin with what feels appropriate to discuss and the kind of support you are seeking. You can name preferences about contact, areas of focus, conversation, and quiet without sharing a personal history in detail.

Touch and pacing remain responsive to your comfort and ongoing consent. You can pause or change the direction at any point. No emotional response, disclosure, or sense of resolution is expected.

Bodywork is not psychotherapy. Physical and emotional experience can be acknowledged together while respecting the boundaries of massage and the role of other people or professionals in your care.
