Somatic & Integrative Bodywork

Space to Integrate

Bodywork and integration support after profound experiences. Room for touch, reflection, and returning to everyday life, at a pace shaped around you.

About this session

Some experiences stay with us long after they end. Space to Integrate offers unhurried bodywork and integration support while you find your way back into everyday life.

You might be arriving after a retreat, an experience of expanded awareness, or something personally significant that is still unfolding for you. There is room for touch, reflection, quiet, and noticing how you feel now. You do not need a complete story or a settled understanding of what happened.

Options for your session

Ways to shape this session.

These are possibilities, not a preset. Choose clothing, draping, and every other preference on the day, based on your comfort. You can change your mind at any point; we’ll discuss how your choices shape the session.

Every session is gender affirming. Trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people are welcome with every practitioner. We respect your name, pronouns, and the language you use for your body; you decide what you want to share.

Clothing
Clothed · Mostly clothed · No clothing
Draping

None · Light · Generous
Touch
Still · Flowing · Rhythmic · Focused
Conversation
Mostly quiet · Some conversation · Conversation welcome

Clothing is what stays on your body; draping is how sheets or blankets provide coverage. Mostly clothed means keeping most clothing on while allowing access to a specific area. No clothing still includes the draping we agree on.

We can shape the balance of touch, conversation, and quiet together.

Who this is for

  • A profound experience has affected how you understand yourself or your everyday life.
  • You want space for bodywork and reflection as an experience continues to unfold.
  • You would welcome care after a psychedelic journey, without needing to explain every detail or reach a particular conclusion.

What we may explore

  • What you notice in your body today and what kinds of touch feel welcome.
  • The pace, routines, relationships, or questions that feel important as you return to everyday life.
  • What you want to carry forward, leave open, or simply give more time.

What the session may include

  • Gentle contact, familiar massage, stillness, and supported movement.
  • Integration conversation and reflection, with quiet whenever you prefer.
  • Time to notice preferences, boundaries, and the practical support you want afterward.

What to expect

We begin with how you are today and decide together how much of the appointment to spend with bodywork, conversation, or quiet. Your experience remains yours to understand; there is no expectation of a particular insight, emotional response, or sense of resolution.
