Your PATH

Attune

I need myself back.

When you want to feel more connected to your own experience, Attune makes room to notice. Begin with sensation, curiosity, or a question about your relationship with your body.

A place to begin.

It can be difficult to put bodily experience into words. You may feel distant from yourself, notice a familiar pattern of tension, or simply want to pay closer attention. Attune begins with curiosity about what you feel and how you relate to it.

There is no right way to be aware of your body. You can bring a clear observation or an uncertain question, and choose how much you want to explore or share.

What this PATH makes room for.

This PATH makes room for listening, presence, and a more curious relationship with yourself. Sensation, movement, and everyday experience can offer places to begin without needing to become a story about what is wrong.

Your understanding belongs to you. A practitioner can offer observations and questions without deciding what your experience means.

How care may meet you.

We start with what you notice and what you would like to understand. Conversation can help identify a direction, including the areas of the body you want addressed, your boundaries, and the kind of contact you prefer.

Thoughtful touch, pauses, and attention to movement or sensation may be part of the work. You decide what feels useful. You can change direction, ask a question, or choose not to explore something.

Any observations are offered as possibilities to consider together. Bodywork does not diagnose a hidden condition or assign an emotional meaning to a body part.
