A Little More Room: What’s New at Wild Hart
A new website, booking with a waitlist, a welcome to Elodi, Founding Member pricing, and plans for more room to care. Here’s what’s changing at Wild Hart.

We’re welcoming Elodi, introducing a new website and booking system, and preparing to open a second treatment room.
A few things are changing at Wild Hart, both online and in the studio.
We have a new website, a new scheduling system with a waitlist, and a new practitioner joining the team. We’re also preparing to open a second treatment room in the next couple of months.
These changes share a simple intention: making it easier to find care that fits, while keeping the work personal, thoughtful, and unhurried.
A website that starts with you
When you’re looking for bodywork, you may know what you’re experiencing without knowing what kind of session to book. Your jaw might feel tight. You might be tired in a way that sleep hasn’t quite reached. You might simply want some time to feel more at home in your body.
You shouldn’t need to learn a whole vocabulary of massage techniques before making an appointment.
The new website gives you more ways to begin with your own experience. One of those is PATH, four starting points for exploring care:
- Pause: “I need rest.”
- Attune: “I need myself back.”
- Tend: “I need my body back.”
- Hold: “I need support through this.”
These aren’t boxes you have to fit into. More than one may feel relevant, and what you need can change from one visit to the next.
You’ll also find fuller session descriptions, more information about our practitioners, explanations of the techniques we use, and practical details about what to expect when you visit.
And for the very reasonable response of “I’m still not sure,” there’s Decide Together. Book your time, bring whatever questions or concerns you have, and we’ll choose a direction when you arrive.
The website can help you explore. You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out.
Updated pricing, with a thank-you for our founding clients
You’ll notice that my session rates have increased on the new website. Existing clients receiving our launch email are being grandfathered in with Founding Member pricing: an automatic 15% discount on the new session rates, linked to their accounts. There’s no discount code to remember or anything to sign up for.
I’m using the membership feature in our new scheduling system, Mangomint, to keep that discount attached to your account. Founding Members may receive a separate email about their membership.
This membership is complimentary. It is not a paid subscription, and there are no membership fees or recurring membership charges. It’s simply how the new system keeps track of your discounted pricing.
This is one way of recognizing the people who have helped Wild Hart grow, and making sure that early support isn’t forgotten as the practice expands.
Easier booking, including a waitlist
Alongside the website, we’ve moved to Mangomint for scheduling. There are a few changes worth knowing about.
A waitlist for the times you’re hoping for
When you’re looking at a date and don’t see an appointment that works, you can select “Join our waitlist” during online booking. It gives you a way to let us know what you’re looking for without repeatedly checking the calendar.
The system helps us match new openings with waitlist requests, so we can follow up when something suitable becomes available. Joining the waitlist isn’t a confirmed appointment; we’ll still need to arrange the booking with you.
This is especially useful when you’re hoping to get in sooner or have a particular day in mind. Mangomint also has a short guide to joining the waitlist during online booking.
One less password to remember
You don’t need to create a Mangomint account or remember a password to book. The booking process works from your phone, tablet, or computer using your contact details.
There is already enough administrative work involved in being a person. Booking a massage shouldn’t add much to it.
For future bookings, start from the new website rather than an old saved scheduling link. And when something is unclear, you can still reach out directly. The new system is there to make the practical parts easier, not to replace a conversation.
Welcome, Elodi

I’m very glad to welcome Elodi Attwilde (she/they) to the Wild Hart team, joining Liza and me.
Elodi is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts. Their work includes Swedish and relaxation massage, craniosacral work, myofascial techniques, and movement-informed care. A session might focus on flowing, restful massage, spend more time with an area of tension, or include gentle movement, depending on what feels useful to you.
Elodi and I also share a connection through martial arts, where they’ve studied with me. That longstanding interest in movement informs her attention to balance, coordination, and how different parts of the body work together.
As a queer woman, Elodi especially enjoys working with others in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. She also welcomes neurodivergent clients, creative people, and older adults, with room to discuss what makes receiving care easier. That might mean clear explanations, less conversation, a slower pace, or time to find a comfortable position.
Adding another practitioner is about more than adding appointments. It gives you another person to connect with and another approach to explore.
Elodi is accepting new clients. You can read more about Elodi and explore their available sessions through the new booking system.
More room for care
We’re working toward opening a second treatment room in the next couple of months. Once the additional space is confirmed and ready, I’ll be bringing more practitioners into Wild Hart.
The goal is to give you more options for appointments and more people to find a connection with, while preserving the time, privacy, and attention that each session deserves. Growing the practice shouldn’t mean rushing the work.
I’ll share announcements as things progress, including updates on the space, introductions to new practitioners, and details about when their schedules open.
What isn’t changing
The website looks different, and the booking process has changed. What happens when we work together still begins in the same place.
We listen. We talk about what you’re hoping for. We choose an approach together and adjust as we go. You can ask for a different pace, pressure, position, or focus, and you can pause or stop the work. Your preferences matter more than completing a particular plan.
You’ve made this possible
Before I close, I want to say something plainly: Wild Hart is growing as quickly as it is because of you.
The people who have come in to see me, returned for another session, and sent friends and loved ones my way have made these next steps possible. Your support is what allows me to invest back into the studio, welcome other practitioners, and make more room for this work.
But I’m grateful for more than what your visits make possible for the business. I’m grateful for the time we spend working together, the conversations, and the trust you place in me. Receiving bodywork can be personal, and I don’t take it for granted that you choose to come here.
The Founding Member pricing is one way of saying thank you to the people who have helped Wild Hart get to this point. As the practice grows, I want that early support to be recognized, not forgotten.
Thank you for making time for your care and for choosing to share that time with me. You’ve helped turn Wild Hart into something that can now welcome more people, and I’m grateful to keep building it with you.
With gratitude,
Forest
