Use the full 120-minute appointment for bodywork or education, or choose an optional massage trade with about 60 minutes receiving and 60 minutes giving.
A longer appointment to use in the way that feels useful to you: receive bodywork for the full appointment or use the time for education.
A massage trade is also an option, with approximately 60 minutes receiving and 60 minutes giving massage within the 120-minute appointment. You do not need to trade or focus on learning to choose this session.
For students enrolled in massage school and graduates in their first three months after graduation. These rates are available for one student session per month across both appointment lengths.
What you need from the time: receiving bodywork for your own care, exploring questions about massage, or using the appointment for education. There is no expectation to turn the session into a lesson.
