Sessions begin with a brief check-in to understand how your body is presenting on that day and what type of relief you’re seeking. The work may include gentle, responsive bodywork, myofascial techniques, breath-aware contact, and pacing that aligns with your nervous system’s cues.
This is not about pushing through discomfort or forcing change. Instead, your therapist will listen with intention, adjust touch and pacing with your comfort, and offer space for integration at the end. People often notice a sense of release, calm, or grounded presence without pressure to “perform” or push toward a singular outcome.
Wild Hart sessions are time-based rather than technique-based. This allows us to respond to your body’s feedback and nervous system needs rather than locking into a fixed routine.


For jaw or multi-area tension, longer sessions are often more supportive.
Some clients come specifically because they feel stress deeply in their body — in the shoulders, back, breath patterns, or general habit of holding. This work supports awareness and regulation of the nervous system through calm, attentive, and responsive touch.
Rather than force a fixed “technique,” sessions are guided by your body’s cues. This can include gentle connective tissue work, breath-sensitive support, and pacing that fosters internal listening and ease. Every session is trauma-aware and consent-based, with pressure, positioning, and pacing adjusted collaboratively.
Trauma-aware practice means clear communication, respect for boundaries, and an understanding that every body has a unique history. Every session begins with a brief intake so your pattern of tension, stress, or holding is understood collaboratively.
You remain in control of pressure, positioning, and pacing throughout the session. This environment is designed to feel calm, contained, and accessible — not rushed, painful, or prescriptive.
