Time to pause

When slowing down takes a little space.

You might arrive feeling wound up, tired of holding tension, or simply curious about a gentler approach. Craniosacral work offers time for light, sustained contact and small movements, without the pressure of a deep massage or an expectation to relax on cue.

A lighter touch

Gentle contact, often around the head, neck, and back, with pressure and positioning chosen together.

A collaborative pace

Elodi checks in and adjusts with you. You can ask for a change, take a break, or withdraw permission at any point.

Room for quiet

Less conversation, little or no lotion, and the option to stay clothed. Let Elodi know what makes receiving care easier.

Your first session

A clear conversation. Time to settle in.

Begin with what brings you in, how you prefer to receive touch, and any areas you want included or avoided. Elodi will explain the approach and help you find a comfortable position before beginning.

Craniosacral work guides the session. Elodi may also include gentle myofascial work, massage, or supported movement when useful and welcome. The pace stays slow, with room to pause or adjust along the way.

A few questions.

Do I stay clothed?

You are welcome to remain clothed for craniosacral work. Comfortable clothing that lets you rest and move easily is a good choice. You and Elodi can discuss positioning and any adjustments before beginning.

What should I expect to feel?

Experiences vary. You may notice the contact, small movements, or a chance to rest quietly. There is no particular sensation you need to feel, and Elodi will check in about what feels comfortable and useful.
